Board
The Building Information Foundation RTS has a Board consisting of twelve (12) members. In accordance with its rules of procedure, the Board manages the Foundation’s affairs and assets in compliance with applicable laws and the Foundation’s statutes.
The Board’s key responsibility is to ensure the fulfilment of the Foundation’s purpose and to safeguard its interests. The Board approves the Foundation’s operational and financial plan, financial statements, and annual report.
The Foundation’s Board prepares the general meetings of Rakennustieto Oy and Building Information Model Ltd. The Chair of the Foundation’s Board represents the Foundation at the general meetings of both companies.
Jyrki Tarpio serves as Chair of the Board, and Jukka Lintunen as Vice Chair.
The Foundation’s Secretary General, Markku Hedman, is an ex officio member of the Board.
